Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through a poorly understood mechanism, possibly inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system. Thiocolchicoside acts centrally to relax muscles by interfering with the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles, reducing spasms and stiffness.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Take with food or milk to minimize stomach upset.
