An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that helps alleviate headache, muscle aches, and fever.
A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.
Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, such as runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, headache, muscle aches, and fever.
Relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (hay fever), such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.
Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance released during allergic reactions. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, the body's temperature regulating center, and reduces pain through mechanisms not fully understood. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Adults and children over 12 years: Typically one or two tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed the maximum daily dose specified on the label.
