Direction for Use of Verquvo 2.5mg Tab

    Treatment of adults with symptomatic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) after a recent worsening of heart failure (HF) requiring hospitalization or treatment with intravenous (IV) therapy.

How Verquvo 2.5mg Tab Works

Verquvo 2.5mg Tab (Vericiguat) is a soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stimulator. It increases the levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), leading to vasodilation, reduced cardiac preload and afterload, and improved cardiac function. This helps to reduce symptoms and improve the prognosis for patients with HFrEF.

Storage and Handling of Verquvo 2.5mg Tab

Store Vericiguat tablets at controlled room temperature 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) in a tightly closed container. Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Dosage of Verquvo 2.5mg Tab

    The recommended starting dose is 2.5 mg once daily.

    The dose may be increased to 5 mg once daily based on tolerability.

    The maximum dose is 5 mg once daily.

    Take Vericiguat with or without food.
