Shiltrone 3mg Injection (Granisetron) is a selective serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. It works by blocking the action of serotonin in the gastrointestinal tract and chemoreceptor trigger zone in the brain, thus reducing the signals that trigger nausea and vomiting.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
