The exact mechanism isn't fully understood, but Sclerifuma 240 Cap (Dimethyl Fumarate) is believed to modulate immune responses by affecting various pathways involved in inflammation and autoimmunity. It's thought to reduce the frequency and severity of MS relapses by reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and promoting the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines.
