Parawel 325mg Tab (Paracetamol) reduces fever by affecting the area of the brain that regulates body temperature. Its precise mechanism for pain relief is not fully understood, but it's believed to involve inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, primarily in the central nervous system.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
For adults, the usual dose is 500mg to 1000mg every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4000mg in 24 hours.
