Nimesulide

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps.

Reduction of fever.

Nimesulide inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are involved in pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's mechanism is less fully understood, but it's believed to act centrally on the hypothalamus to reduce fever and peripherally to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The typical dosage is usually one or two tablets every 8-12 hours, as needed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
