A beta-blocker that helps lower blood pressure by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels.
A diuretic (water pill) that helps lower blood pressure by increasing the excretion of sodium and water from the body.
Treatment of mild to moderate hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients who have not responded adequately to monotherapy.
Nebivolol selectively blocks beta1-adrenergic receptors in the heart, reducing heart rate and contractility. Indapamide inhibits sodium reabsorption in the distal tubules of the kidneys, promoting diuresis and vasodilation, thus lowering blood pressure.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
The dosage should be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and response to treatment.
Typically, the starting dose is one tablet daily, taken in the morning.
Do not change the dosage without consulting your physician.

Fatigue
Nausea
Weakness
Bradycardia (slow heart rate)
Edema (swelling)
Hypokalaemia (low potassium levels)
Hyperuricaemia (high uric acid levels)
Alcohol may enhance the hypotensive effects of nebivolol and indapamide. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
Patients should be cautious when driving or operating machinery, especially during initial treatment, due to potential dizziness or fatigue.
The use of nebivolol and indapamide is generally not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor.
Not recommended for use in children.
Dosage adjustment may be needed in patients with impaired kidney function.
Caution is advised in patients with severe liver disease.
