An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that also helps relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.
Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure)
May be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications
Cilnidipine blocks calcium channels in the heart and blood vessels, leading to vasodilation (widening of blood vessels) and reduced heart rate. Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. The combination provides a synergistic effect, resulting in more effective blood pressure control.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response.
Typically taken once daily, with or without food.
Do not suddenly stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.

Alcohol may increase the risk of dizziness and low blood pressure. Limit alcohol intake while taking this medication.
May cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.

Generally not recommended for use in children.
