Levocetirizine competitively inhibits histamine H1 receptors, preventing histamine from binding and triggering allergic responses. Phenylephrine acts as an alpha-adrenergic agonist, causing vasoconstriction in the nasal mucosa, thus reducing swelling and congestion.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The usual dosage for adults and children (over 12 years) is one tablet or as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
