This combination medication works by targeting different aspects of respiratory symptoms. Bromhexine and guaifenesin loosen mucus, making it easier to cough up. Chlorpheniramine maleate blocks the release of histamine, reducing allergy symptoms. Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex in the brain. Menthol provides a cooling and soothing sensation, offering temporary relief from congestion.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically, the medication is taken orally, usually every 4-6 hours as needed.
