Treatment of bacterial skin infections when used in conjunction with other appropriate antibiotics (cetrimide's action).
Cetrimide disrupts bacterial cell membranes, leading to cell death. Ketoconazole inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a crucial component of fungal cell membranes, leading to fungal cell death. The combination provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused portion after the expiry date.
Dosage should always be as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Typically applied topically (to the affected skin area) one to two times daily.
