Hopace H 10mg Tab (Ramipril + Hydrochlorothiazide) works by: Ramipril: Blocks the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, a powerful vasoconstrictor. This relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide: Increases urine production by blocking the reabsorption of sodium and chloride in the kidneys, reducing fluid volume and blood pressure.
