This medication is a synthetic antifibrinolytic agent.

Treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)

Prevention of bleeding during and after surgery

Treatment of bleeding caused by hereditary bleeding disorders like Von Willebrand disease

Treatment of epistaxis (nosebleeds)

Both Eklot T Tab (Tranexamic Acid + Ethamsylate) work by inhibiting the breakdown of blood clots (fibrinolysis). This helps to stop or reduce bleeding.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage and frequency of administration will vary depending on the individual's condition and the severity of the bleeding.

It is typically administered orally, intravenously, or topically.
