Clotrimazole works by interfering with the growth of fungi, while lidocaine blocks nerve signals, preventing the transmission of pain sensations.
Store the medication at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.
For vaginal infections: Insert one applicatorful of cream or tablet into the vagina once daily for 1-3 days.
For oral thrush: Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area 2-3 times daily for 7-14 days.
Do not use the cream in your eyes, nose, or mouth unless directed by your doctor.

It is generally safe to consume alcohol while using clotrimazole and lidocaine, but excessive alcohol use can worsen side effects.
Lidocaine may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how the medication affects you.
Consult your doctor before using clotrimazole and lidocaine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy, and it is unclear if it passes into breast milk.
Clotrimazole and lidocaine are generally safe for children, but only use it as directed by your doctor.
This medication is not known to have significant effects on kidney function.
This medication may be metabolized by the liver. If you have liver problems, consult your doctor before using this medication.
