Pegloose 1mg Tablet (Prucalopride) is a selective serotonin 5-HT4 receptor agonist. By stimulating these receptors in the gastrointestinal tract, it accelerates colonic transit and improves defecation.
Store at room temperature (20°C to 25°C or 68°F to 77°F). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
The usual dose is one 2mg tablet once daily, taken in the morning.

Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
