Larquin Susp 60ml (Chloroquine) accumulates in parasitic cells and inhibits parasitic heme polymerization. This leads to the disruption of the parasite's growth and eventual death. In autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, the mechanism is less well understood but is thought to involve immunomodulatory effects.
